QUICK UPDATE: I had a technical glitch (aka I made a mistake) with discounted the BOXSET to $4.99. The glitch has been fixed, and it will now be discounted on the 16th thru the 18th. Very sorry about that!
School busses pulled into our neighborhood this week, reminding me that summer was almost over. I’ve been hiding in my basement office for so long, working on my next book, that I truly hadn’t noticed how quickly the time had flown by. Fortunately, Indiana summers last well into October, so I’ll have some time to enjoy the warm weather after my early September deadline.
Speaking of summer, check out these pictures of our garden this year. Books deals after the pictures. We mulched the beds this year, which has so far (knock on wood) kept us from spending any appreciable time (which I don’t have…LOL!) fighting pests, blight and any other garden scourges…other than our puppy, Tony. He likes to hop in the beds and run away with “things.”
ON TO THE GOOD STUFF! To celebrate the start of the end of summer, I’d like to share some book deals with you! For U.S. and U.K. Amazon customers only.
If you’re unfamiliar with my post-apocalyptic/dystopian thrillers, this is a fantastic opportunity to give them a try. Trust me when I say that they’re written in the same style as my more mainstream action/covert ops/espionage thrillers. They’ll feel VERY familiar. Far more in line with my other work than most books in the SHTF (Shit Hits The Fan) post-apocalyptic genre.
Happy Reading,
STEVE

Last minute summer deals from author Steven Konkoly
Alas I’ve already knocked all the wood down (except for cursed bamboo-even though its’s technically grass). Our yard was terribly dried up like everything else down here this year so critters went for the “best” stuff in the salad bar. I’m happy for anyone else’s success though! Kudos and keep it up-it’s rewarding and good “therapy” in many ways
Steven. Thanks for your rapid response and fix. I’ll try to order again on those dates. Looking forward to reading them. Impressive garden BTW! Deer, squirrels and rabbits ate anything that grew here this year. (Not much due to record heat/drought). Critters just looking for anything with moisture. “Maybe “next year”
Thanks again!
