Three months...total transformation

The big, bushy plant in the left and right of each picture is lemongrass. We harvest this in the fall and freeze the stalks to make Thai dishes or soups throughout the rest of the year. This year’s plant is twice the size of last year’s!

What else am I up to other than puttering around the garden?

Hope you’re enjoying the waning days of summer. Not that it feels like summer is anywhere close to ending. 90 degrees and 80 percent humidity isn’t exactly an end to anything…other than the amount of time I can spend outside!
